Maruti Koatsu Cylinders Limited is an industrial company engaged in manufacture of High Pressure Seamless cylinders for Gases, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Cascades.
The Company started production in Nov’86 and it carried out its expansion in 2009-2010 & till date have produced nearly 1.50 million cylinders for the market in India and other countries like U.A.E, Iran, Yemen, Sri Lanka, Hongkong, Singapore, Taiwan ,Nigeria, Kenya, Bangladesh & Pakistan.
We had made the proposal to take over a company under NCLT, for MKCL ie. “Maruti Koatsu Cylinders Ltd.” as they are manufacturers of High Pressure Gas Cylinders & as we know the cylinder market very well, we shall be able to market the products manufactured in MKCL. The Company is a “Zero Debt Company”.
